Evaporation resistant and thermochemically stable universal hardening oil.
 
 
Characteristics:

  • Operating range 50-150 °C
  • Flash point 228°C
 
Ideal for quenching warp-sensitive and difficult-to-form components made of low-alloy and unalloyed case-hardened and heat-treated steels as well as high-alloy tool steels.
 
Ideal for knife blades, hammers, tools and much more...
 
Bath temperature 50-150 °C (inert gas cover recommended from 100 °C), resulting in mild cooling in the critical martensite area.
