Dies Kuhn
We can supply the wide variety of Kuhn dies in two sizes as standard:- for air hammers up to 40 kg ram weight (standard die dimensions 95 x 45 x 80 mm)
- for air hammers 50 to 100 kg ram weight (standard die dimensions 125 x 58 x 100 mm)
The dies are usually made from the highly wear-resistant tool steel 1.2379 - X155CrVMo12-1. This is suitable for mass production with the highest and most permanent die loads. Some dies are also available in "normal wear-resistant" (1.2714 - 56NiCrMoV7), while stocks last.
