2200 Watt - 220 Volt - Vario Pro IP65
Three-phase 220 Volt motor, 3000 rpm, 2200 Watt power. Connects to a 220 Volt single-phase outlet using a professional-grade inverter. Variable speed control from 20 to 60 Hertz (50 Hz = nominal motor speed), reverse direction, and a safety stop button. Adapted motor pulley and keying.
Precision stationary belt sander specially developed for cutlery, blade and handle manufacturing for artisanal knives in all phases, from manufacturing to finishing.
Use with interchangeable 50x2000 mm abrasive belts thanks to the tension arm hook. Maximum linear belt speed: 30 m/s.
Comes with the Cutlery Backstand tilt for working flat. (Hand rest table horizontal)
The complete system installs in place of four pre-existing mounting screws. The assembled Backstand can tilt 90° by simply releasing a screw handle. Pre-positioning in a vertical or horizontal position is achieved by stopping on either side. The feet attach to the base plate, which is also pre-drilled to accommodate the system.
