Do you sell to customers outside of Germany?
Yes we do. We deliver worldwide and can offer reasonable shipping prices due to our high export volume.
For shipping information please see our zone list, for large and heavy shipments or other destinations do not hesitate to contact us. We would be pleased to be of assistance.

May I order by fax or phone?
If you do not like to place your order by internet you can send us an e-mail or a fax. We appreciate to give advise by phone in english language, too.

We are a registered enterprise and we benefit of VAT exemption in European orders.
How do we get an invoice without VAT ?
When ordering in our shop you can enter your VAT number during checkout process. Before we can make out an invoice without VAT we have to check first manually, if the VAT number is valid. That is the reason why the total is displayed with VAT even if you entered your VAT-number. If your VAT-number is valid we will send you a proforma invoice including costs for transportation and without VAT.

How long does it take to receive my order?
In general we have all our products in stock and we can ship them within 1-3 business days (subject to availability) after your payment. For gas forges and air hammers delivery time is around three weeks. If delivery time for some products is longer we will inform you immediately.
